Hunter joined Coefficient in fall of 2024, bringing more than twenty-five years of IT executive and strategic leadership experience. He is recognized for building and mentoring high-performing IT organizations capable of transforming legacy technology platforms into modern, scalable, data-driven environments that enable business growth and operational efficiency. Prior to Coefficient, Hunter served as SVP of IT and CIO at Sprouts Farmers Market for over a decade. Earlier roles include VP of Managed Services at OneNeck IT Services and CTO of Ensynch, Inc.

A veteran of the data industry with over 20 years of experience, Joshua has spent his career helping organizations leverage data, analytics, machine learning, and AI to drive business transformation. He has led data teams across organizations ranging from boutique firms to large Fortune 500 solution integrators, and specializes in developing compelling data strategies that deliver exceptional ROI and in architecting human-centered data solutions that drive adoption and promote data-driven culture. As CDO, he ensures Coefficient delivers world-class services and solutions, and that every client releases the immense value of their data.

Ben brings over two decades of experience in software architecture and engineering to his role at Coefficient. With a career rooted in curiosity and innovation, he has helped some of the world's largest organizations transform how they build and scale technology. His expertise spans IoT, microservices, and enterprise software development, and his leadership has earned him recognition as an inventor on six patents.

A trusted advisor and former chief architect, Ben has collaborated with global partners including Microsoft, Intel, and Google. At Coefficient, he combines technical depth with a passion for mentorship, empowering clients and colleagues to create practical, scalable solutions that drive real business impact.

Gene Holmquist

Founding Principal

Gene is a seasoned leader with over thirty-five years of experience in technology consulting, services, and entrepreneurship. As an investor and board member of Coefficient, he drives strategic opportunities including revenue, partner, and people initiatives. Gene previously held numerous sales and services leadership roles at Insight, a Fortune 500 systems integrator. He was CEO of Ensynch, founded in 2000 and built into a top global Microsoft managed services and consulting partner, which he led through its acquisition by Insight in 2012, the company's first pure-play services acquisition.
