Role Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insight, decision support, and clear business narratives. This role combines analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and communication. You will help teams understand performance, identify opportunities, and improve how data is used across workflows and reporting. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and strong at moving from ambiguous questions to structured analysis and useful recommendations.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze business data to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring insight artifacts.
  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and structured outputs.
  • Validate definitions, metrics, and assumptions to ensure trustworthy reporting.
  • Support ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and decision support.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and insight priorities.
  • Help standardize metric definitions and improve consistency across reporting.
  • Contribute to semantic, quality, and discoverability efforts by documenting business meaning and logic.
  • Surface gaps in data quality, process design, or reporting usage.
  • Support product and strategy teams with evidence-based insight and measurement.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
  • Ability to structure analyses, interpret results, and communicate clearly.
  • Experience working with stakeholders to define questions and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data quality issues.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python, notebooks, or statistical analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, forecasting, or operational analytics.
  • Experience in consulting, client services, or cross-functional delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with semantic models, metric definitions, or data governance.
  • Experience supporting product, commercial, operational, or executive reporting.
