Role Summary

We are seeking a Data & AI Product Manager to shape and deliver data-driven and AI-enabled products that improve decisions, workflows, and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of product thinking, stakeholder alignment, delivery prioritization, and adoption. The ideal candidate can frame opportunities in terms of users, decisions, and value; translate them into practical thin slices; and guide cross-functional teams from concept through launch and iteration.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, scope, and roadmaps for data and AI solutions.
  • Translate business opportunities into clear product charters, user flows, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.
  • Identify the highest-value decision moments and shape Minimum Valuable Data Products.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to deliver useful, usable, and measurable product increments.
  • Define success metrics, telemetry, and adoption goals for the products you own.

Strategic & Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Align stakeholders around target outcomes, tradeoffs, and release priorities.
  • Connect product delivery to enabling foundations such as data quality, semantic models, governance, and model operations.
  • Drive launch readiness, enablement, and post-launch iteration.
  • Use user feedback, workflow observation, and product telemetry to improve adoption and impact.
  • Help establish reusable product patterns, playbooks, and prioritization frameworks.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in product management, consulting, analytics product leadership, or related roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional delivery for digital, data, analytics, or AI-enabled products.
  • Strong ability to define user problems, prioritize scope, and structure outcomes-based roadmaps.
  • Comfort working with technical teams and understanding architecture and model delivery tradeoffs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with enterprise workflows involving analytics, decision support, automation, or AI.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, product analytics, and adoption telemetry.
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing product environments.
  • Exposure to AI products, ML workflows, or LLM-enabled experiences.
  • Experience with workflow design, change enablement, or adoption planning.
