He is a results-oriented, multi-disciplinary technology leader who loves solving complex business challenges. Having scaled +100M Software businesses and developed greenfield consulting markets, he understands what it takes to build high-performing teams and foster trust with clients and partners. Hunter Bennett, CIO
Hunter Bennett, our Chief Information Officer, joined Coefficient in Fall of 2024. Hunter brings hands-on IT executive and strategic leadership with over twenty-five years of industry experience. Hunter is recognized for building and mentoring high-performing IT organizations capable of transforming legacy technology platforms and investments into modern and scalable data-driven environments enabling business growth and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Coefficient, Hunter served as the SVP of IT, CIO at Sprouts Farmers Market for more than a decade. Earlier leadership roles include Hunter serving as the VP of Managed Services for OneNeck IT Services from 2008 to 2013, and also serving as the CTO of Ensynch, Inc. from 2001 to 2008.
Joshua Meurer, CDO
Joshua Meurer is a veteran of the data industry with over 20 years of experience helping organizations leverage data, analytics, machine learning, and AI to drive business transformation. Over his career, Joshua has led data teams across multiple professional services organizations ranging from small boutique firms to large Fortune 500 solution integrators. Joshua is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of data & AI and specializes in helping organizations develop compelling data strategies that deliver exceptional return on investment, and in architecting human-centered data solutions that drive adoption and promote data-driven culture. As Chief Data Officer, Joshua focuses on ensuring Coefficient delivers world-class services and solutions and helping each of our clients release the immense value of their data.
Gene Holmquist, Founding Principal
Gene is a seasoned leader with over thirty-five years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on Consulting, Services, and Entrepreneurship. As an investor and board member of Coefficient, he helps drive strategic opportunities for the company including revenue, partner, and people initiatives. Gene previously worked at Insight, a fortune 500 systems integrator, in numerous sales and services roles. Prior he was CEO of Ensynch, founded in 2000, and contributed to the company becoming a top global Microsoft managed services and consulting partner. He led the acquisition of Ensynch to Insight in 2012 as Insights first pure-play services acquisitions. In earlier roles he grew and was key in leading the acquisitions of services focused resellers to MicroAge and Steward Technologies Group.
